A solid understanding of the company's direction and goals is essential to ensure that every decision taken is in line with the vision to be achieved together. The role of Administration Department Head (ADH) is vital in implementing policies and achieving targets, especially in branches. The ADH not only serves as a liaison between the Head Office and Branch Offices, but also as a driving force that ensures the company's strategy is translated into concrete actions. To be at the forefront in overseeing innovation activities that have a more productive and efficient impact by prioritizing safety, security, and compliance aspects and also maintaining superior service standards with a structured evaluation mechanism.
Raker ADH 2025 was held online via Zoom on March 18-19, 2025, and also offline at Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Head Office on April 14-16, 2025. ADHs from all branches had the opportunity to participate, discuss, and enrich insights that can be directly applied in the field. The meeting was not only about assessing the contributions that have been made throughout 2024, but also to plan the steps that will take the company to a higher level in 2025.
“Operational excellence that creates added value for TRAKNUS Group will be felt directly by our customers. This is in line with the hope that customers everywhere will remember the best value we create, resulting in repeat orders and value that will always be relevant to the market, this is also in accordance with the Passion for Excellence value in RAPID,” explained HCSSEHSGA Division Head Iman Nurcahyo in his speech. “I also hope that ADH colleagues can become role models for colleagues in the branches, to ensure these values are consistently applied and continue to grow,” he added.
The theme “Synergizing Excellence” illustrates a shared commitment to achieving Operational Excellence, a goal also emphasized in TRAKNUS Group's President Message 2025. This theme shows that success is not only the result of individual efforts, but also of close collaboration between all departments.
In the core of the activity, each ADH presented their learnings, achievements, and challenges that they have gone through in the Branch Presentations session. The Warnasari session was an important part of addressing the constraints presented by ADHs in this activity, where the Board of Directors (BOD) delivered insights on various topics relevant to the company's long-term goals. The insights provided by the BOD opened up opportunities for ADHs to better understand the direction of the company and how they can contribute maximally in achieving common goals.
Interactive discussions in Roleplay hone communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in real-life situations. This activity brings participants closer to scenarios that may be encountered in the field, allowing them to overcome challenges in a more efficient and effective manner.
Mini Discussion with Mentorium gives participants the opportunity to have more intensive discussions with mentors who provide valuable input for practical challenges faced in daily work.
In the closing session, Finance, Accounting, Tax & IT Division Head Gita Mariana conveyed the importance of solving problems with various appropriate approaches, considering that every problem faced in the branch requires a good understanding of the applicable regulations. “There are various ways to solve existing problems, so the understanding of regulations must be good, and at the branch must also equalize understanding with the Branch Operation Head (BOH) during internal discussions. In addition, cases that have occurred can be documented, including how they were resolved and who was involved, so that it can be known that the case has been resolved and does not leave future responsibilities,” he explained.
The second day of the ADH 2025 Raker closed with a Gala Dinner and Awarding Night that gave participants the opportunity to relax and enjoy their time together. But the event did not end there, the activities continued on April 16, 2025 with a challenging and exciting activity called “Amazing Race”. Participants were divided into groups and challenged to complete interesting missions spread across several iconic points in Jakarta, such as Menara Astra, Bundaran HI, and the National Monument. The participants had to reach each post using public transportation, which tested not only the team's intelligence and cohesiveness, but also the ability to utilize public facilities. The ADH 2025 meeting reflects the commitment to continue to innovate, improve operational standards, and drive higher productivity.
