Traktor Nusantara’s strong spirit of collaboration was exemplified during the Toyota Dealer Meeting 2025, held on Monday, February 3, 2025. With the theme “Collaboration for Excellence: Driving Innovation in Material Handling”, the event served not only as a platform to strengthen partnerships but also as a forum to plan strategic initiatives in addressing market targets and challenges for the coming year. The event was attended by representatives from seven dealers across various cities, along with Traktor Nusantara’s management team, including Harijadi Mawardi as President Director, Hirofumi Futase as Vice President Director, and David Raka Budi Nurcahya as Director in Charge of the Material Handling Business, accompanied by their respective teams. The program began with an introduction of Traktor Nusantara’s management team by Adi Putra Nugraha, Head of the Material Handling Parts Department. This was followed by welcoming remarks from Harijadi Mawardi and David Raka Budi Nurcahya

Sri Mahendra, Division Head of Material Handling Sales & Marketing, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the latest product line-ups, advancements in warehouse automation, and upcoming product developments. In addition, Ferdinand Widjaja, Division Head of Material Handling Product Support, shared valuable insights on macroeconomic trends and business strategies for 2025—highlighting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the industry. These sessions provided attendees with a clear and comprehensive overview of Traktor Nusantara’s innovative solutions, as well as an understanding of how global and regional economic dynamics can influence future business planning and open new opportunities for collaboration.

Dealers not only gained valuable knowledge of the latest products and technologies but also had the opportunity to engage directly with Traktor Nusantara’s management team. Each dealer was encouraged to present the challenges they had faced over the past three years and to elaborate on the reasons behind any unmet targets. This open forum created a space for dealers to share their future strategies and provide constructive feedback aimed at helping Traktor Nusantara enhance its services to better align with market demands.
