Responsibilities:

Developing an efficient system for collecting performance information and managing activities related to Performance Planning, Performance Review, and Performance Appraisal to ensure effectiveness and support the effectiveness of company's business processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or other similar major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Knowledge and interest in People Management activities, especially related to performance management.
  • Relevant experience in Performance & Reward Management through work or internships is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
